Alma Billing
Patients may receive an email from Alma in regards to verification and payments. Alma is one of Alay’s billing systems that providers utilize for receiving payments from patients and patients’ insurances. If you receive an email from Alma about a co-pay or payment owed, you can pay that directly online through Alma for your convenience.
Genoa Pharmacy
In order to benefit our patients, Alay works closely with Genoa Pharmacy. Medications can be shipped directly to your home by Genoa! Genoa also dispenses medications that your retail pharmacy will not have in stock, thus saving you time and hassle when obtaining those essential prescriptions. Tell your provider that you wish to change pharmacies and switch to Genoa Pharmacy. Genoa is also conveniently located inside of the Alay’s Main Office which is officially open and prescriptions can now be picked up at this pharmacy or mailed directly to your home!
